• Computation of company’s payroll (i.e. monthly salary, allowances and incentives).
• Preparation of monthly pay slip (email pay slip with password protected PDF).
• Computation, preparation and submission of contributions and deductions to following statutory bodies on a monthly basis:
o Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD/PCB) – IRBM
o Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Contribution – KWSP
o Social Security Organization (SOCSO) Contribution – PERKESO
o Employment Insurance System (EIS) Contribution – PERKESO
o Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) Contribution – PSMB
• To update IRB, KWSP & PERKESO should there be any new hires and staff resignations.
• To arrange remittance of salary, allowances and incentives to respective employee of the company based on agreed timeline.
• To remit contributions/payments and relevant forms to IRBM, KWSP & PERKESO before their respective deadlines.
